What is included in the Meal Plan Membership?

  • Each month you will receive 4 new meal plans to choose from complete with recipes and a shopping list. There are several categories of meal plans to choose from: Hormone Balance, Adrenal Support, Ketogenic & Paleo.

  • We meet each week on Zoom. That's right, you get me, your very own Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner at your finger tips, weekly, where I teach on a topic as it relates to women's hormones. Can't make the Zoom, 'live?' Not a problem! All calls will be recorded so you can watch the calls at your convenience.

  • You will learn all you need to know about balancing your hormones as a woman for weight loss, energy, libido, quality sleep, and the list goes on. See topics to be covered, below.
